Fu Yulin
Fu Yulin is hoogleraar Burgerlijk procesrecht, Arbitrage, Bewijs en Geschillenbeslechting aan de Peking University School of Law en directeur van het Research Center van Geschillenbeslechting. Voordat zij in 2001 ging werken aan de Universiteit van Peking, was zij rechter in de rechtbank voor maritiem recht van Wuhan (1987-1998). Zij was gastwetenschapper aan verschillende universiteiten waaronder Tübingen (2001) en Yale (2006), en het Max Planck Instituut voor Procesrecht in Luxemburg (2015). Professor Fu is onder meer lid van de Raad van de International Association of Procedural Law (IAPL), een arbiter bij de China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Committee (CIETAC), en bij het Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC).

Li Jialin is afgestudeerd onderzoeker van Renmin University of China, School of Law.
